We know that things can sometimes come up that mean you or your child can’t attend a session or event that you have booked at Carnival House. We will always try our best to accommodate for credit, refunds or changes, but we also have to protect our business. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy for our weekly sessions.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS
UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT
We are happy to offer you credit for your booking, or move your booking to another event date where possible. Just send us a message, email or speak to a member of staff, who will be happy to help.
LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT
We are happy to cancel the booking, but unfortunately, we are unable to refund or offer booking credit. You are able to pass your tickets on to someone else if you are unable to attend.

UP TO SEVEN DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKING
We are happy to offer you a refund via your original payment method, or move your booking to an alternative date – just send us a message, give us a call, or speak to a member of staff
UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKING
We are happy to move your booking to an alternative date – just send us a message, give us a call, or speak to a member of staff
LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKING
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or reschedule your booking with less than 24 hours notice
"TWO STRIKE" POLICY FOR FREE CLASSES
If you have booked on to a free class and are then not able to attend, please let us know at least 12 hours before the class is due to start, so that we can make the space available to someone else. If you do not let us know, you will receive a "strike". If you receive two strikes, you will be unable to attend any of our free classes for 8 weeks. This does not apply to our paid classes, which you will still be able to book.
