We know that things can sometimes come up that mean you or your child can’t attend a session that you have booked at Carnival House. We will always try our best to accommodate refunds and changes, but we also have to protect our business. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy.

UP TO SEVEN DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKING

We are happy to offer you a refund via your original payment method, or move your booking to an alternative date – just send us a message, give us a call, or speak to a member of staff

 

UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKING

We are happy to move your booking to an alternative date – just send us a message, give us a call, or speak to a member of staff

 

LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKING

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or reschedule your booking with less than 24 hours notice
